This kitchen renovation was part of a larger first floor renovation. The kitchen layout was reconfigured to allow for a center island. New cabinets, countertops, appliances and lighting. The classic elegant materials chosen by the owners will allow for this kitchen to stay looking current for years.

Newtown Square Kitchen Remodel. The wall was taken down between the sun room off the kitchen to open up the space. The entry to the dining room was enlarged to create a more open feeling between the kitchen and the dining room. This renovation included a new kitchen, new hardwoods throughout the first floor, fresh paint in the rooms adjacent to the kitchen and renovation to the first floor powder room. Spring 2103

Main Line Kitchen Renovation

This kitchen renovation was part of an addition. By building a two story addition of this classic stone colonial home in Wayne, these clients were able to gain a large kitchen and create a family room space off the kitchen. They also created a fourth bedroom with a full bath. Everything in the kitchen was new including cabinets, backsplash, countertops, lighting, hardwood floors and appliances.

The wall was removed between the kitchen and dining room. A small mudroom was added off the kitchen with access to the driveway.

Beaumont Retirement Community kitchen renovation. The owners wanted to keep the existing layout with the kitchen being separate from the living space.

Clients in Devon wanted to update the kitchen of their new home without replacing the cabinets. We were able to professionally spray paint the cabinets leaving them looking like a factory finish. New back splash, counter tops, appliances, new floor, new moldings on cabinets and lighting brought this older kitchen up to date. This is one of our favorite FACELIFTS we completed as the owner picked out great selections.

These clients wanted to update their kitchen but wanted to keep their existing cabinets. They replaced the island with beautiful dark cabinets.
